What we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, or create an account we store the details you give us: name, email, phone, company, and whatever you write in the message. When you use the AI Lab we store an irreversible hash of your IP address for rate limiting — not the address itself.

Website analysis

If you submit a website address, we fetch a small number of its public pages and store the readable text so an assistant can answer questions about it. We do not attempt to access private, password-protected or internal addresses.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to deliver work you have asked for, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long

Leads and project records are kept while the working relationship is active and for as long as tax and contract records require. Free AI experiences and their crawled text expire automatically.

Write to us at the contact address and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
