Refund Policy

Deposits

Project deposits cover the discovery and planning work that happens immediately. Once that work has been delivered the deposit is non-refundable.

Milestones

Work is invoiced in milestones. If a milestone has not started, its payment is refundable in full.

Disputes

If you are unhappy with delivered work, tell us in writing within 14 days. We will fix it, or refund the disputed milestone.
