Lisan-ul-Quran Learning & Progress Management Platform
A structured Quran learning platform backend that supports step-by-step learning journeys, user progress tracking, and organized educational workflows.
A modular education ERP for schools and colleges, centralizing admissions, academics, attendance, finance, payroll, and institutional operations through a role-based management platform.
This project is a modular education ERP designed to bring academic, administrative, financial, and operational workflows into one connected management platform. It supports institutions in organizing student records, admissions, attendance, examinations, fees, staff operations, and supporting services.
The system is structured around interconnected modules and role-based workflows, allowing different users to work within the areas relevant to their responsibilities. The platform also includes reporting, verification features, and a foundation for future SaaS-based education services.
Educational institutions often need to manage multiple connected processes, including student records, admissions, attendance, examinations, fee collection, staff operations, and institutional services. When these workflows are handled through disconnected tools or separate records, maintaining consistent information and coordinating daily operations becomes more difficult.
The challenge was to build a centralized platform that connects these areas while supporting different user roles, financial records, reporting, and institution-wide workflows.
I developed a modular education ERP that brings student management, admissions, academic operations, attendance, examinations, finance, payroll, and supporting institutional services into a centralized platform.
The system includes role-based access for different users, interconnected records for operational workflows, financial transaction tracking, reporting capabilities, QR-based verification, and support for background jobs and scheduled tasks. The design allows institutions to manage their daily activities through a structured application while providing a foundation for further customization and SaaS expansion.
The application follows a modular Laravel architecture with a database-driven foundation for interconnected education workflows. Core areas such as student records, admissions, academics, attendance, examinations, finance, and institutional operations are organized into separate functional modules.
The system uses role-based access to separate responsibilities across user types, while centralized financial transactions support reporting across fees, expenses, income, and salaries. Background jobs and scheduled tasks provide support for operations such as bulk SMS, notifications, invoice generation, and backups.
The project was delivered in three phases, with the academic and operational scope expanding across the development stages.
Managing the relationships between multiple institutional modules while keeping workflows consistent across academic, administrative, and financial operations. The system required different user roles, structured records, and interconnected processes such as admissions, enrollment, attendance, examinations, fee payments, and payroll.
Another challenge was supporting financial reporting from a unified transaction source, alongside background jobs, scheduled operations, and verification features. Expanding the platform across multiple delivery phases also required organizing functionality into manageable modules.
